1. The service
Roomkind lets account holders upload images and request AI-generated interior concepts. Generated images are visual ideas only. They are not architectural drawings, measurements, engineering advice, building approvals, quotations, or promises that a design can be constructed safely.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
3. Content you upload
You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant Roomkind a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You must have permission to upload the image and must not upload illegal content, intimate imagery, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Generated output
Subject to your plan and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users, and exclusive rights are not promised. You must review outputs before relying on them and obtain qualified professional advice for structural, electrical, plumbing, planning, accessibility, or safety decisions.
5. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid subscriptions renew on the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Render credits reset with the billing period and do not roll over unless a written offer says otherwise. One standard generation normally uses one credit; failed requests detected by the service are returned. Prices, taxes, and renewal dates are shown by Stripe before payment.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription status and period shown there. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, used generation credits and completed billing periods are not refundable because image-generation costs are incurred when requests run.
7. Acceptable use
Do not bypass usage limits, probe other accounts, automate abusive request volume, upload malware, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, resell account access, or use Roomkind to deceive people about a property’s actual condition. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
8. Availability and changes
AI and infrastructure providers can fail or change. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular model indefinitely. We may adjust features, limits, or pricing prospectively and will provide notice when a change materially affects an active subscription.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Roomkind is not liable for construction decisions, purchases, listings, professional presentations, or other actions taken from an AI concept without independent review. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
10. Termination
You may delete your account from Account settings. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, licences already exercised, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
