AI images are useful when their limits are understood. Billing should be just as clear.
What kind of photo works best?
Use a sharp, well-lit photo taken straight toward a wall or window. Wide-angle photos can work, but heavy lens distortion gives the model less reliable geometry to follow.
Will the result match my room exactly?
Roomkind asks the model to preserve the architecture and camera perspective, but image generation is interpretive. Treat every result as a design concept, not a measured drawing or construction document.
What can I create?
Use Redesign for furnished rooms, Virtual staging for empty spaces, Clear room to remove movable contents, and Sketch to photo for hand drawings or simple 3D screenshots.
Are my room photos public?
No. Source photos and generated designs are served through authenticated routes and are available only inside your account. Roomkind does not include a public gallery.
Which image formats are accepted?
JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF files are accepted. The default upload limit is 10 MB and can be changed by the operator.
Why can a render contain odd details?
Generative image models can invent a seam, distort a small object, or misread reflective surfaces. Try a clearer source image or a shorter note that names what must stay unchanged.
What happens when a generation fails?
The credit is returned to your account automatically. The failed attempt stays visible to the operator for diagnosis but does not create a billable image.
Can I use the designs for client or listing work?
Paid plans include commercial-use outputs, subject to the rights you have in the source image and any third-party material shown in it. AI concepts should not be presented as architectural guarantees.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in the studio, then open the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel or update your payment method there. Access follows the subscription status returned by Stripe.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open Account, enter your email and password, and choose Delete my account. This removes your account and database records; storage cleanup policies should be reviewed by the operator before launch.
